The rodeo will be divided in to Age Categories: Boys & Girls compete together in each event. They can enter as
many events as they choose. Participants (High School & under) must be enrolled in school and all ages must
have their parents or guardians sign and have the following waiver of liability notarized.
I, the undersigned, grant my son/daughter permission to participate in the Fannin County Fair Youth Rodeo. In
doing so, I release Fannin County Fair Association, stock producers,
any responsibility of any personal injury or damage of private property incurred by the above named contestant
while taking part in or attending the above named event. I further understand that every effort will be made to
avoid accident or injury, but I also understand that participation in a rodeo includes a risk or injury. In the event
of an accident or injury, I will assume full responsibility and will not hold anyone else liable.
