This includes Display Booths, Food Booths (Outside Only), Selling Booths No refunds after October 1, 2012
1. All Booths will be rented on a first come basis, 1 Parking Pass 2 Exhibitor Passes per both, all others must pay.
2. All Fees are due at time of Registration. Deadline for reigistration Forms and Fees: Please do not
send before August 20, 2012 DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT IS SEPTEMBER 21, 2012.
NO REFUNDS
3. All inside Booths will have 1 table, 2 chairs and table skirting with backdrop and side partitions provided. Each
organization is responsible for extension cords decorations, etc.
4. THERE WILL BE A $5.00 PER DAY CHARGE FOR EACH ELECTRICAL OUTLET USED IN THE ELDON HARRISON PAVILON. THERE WILL BE A $10.00 PER DAY FOR EACH ELECTRICAL OUTLET USED FOR THE OUTSIDE FOOD VENDING BOOTHS.
5. All outside booths will be constructed by the Organization or Business. Each organization is responsible for extension
cords, decorations, etc.
6. All items sold will be subject to approval of the Fannin County Fair Association.
7. No food sold in Pavilion.
