    1. The show is open to all bona fide and active 4-H and FFA members of the current year, in Fannin

         County.  Exhibitor can not have participated in any other County-Level market sale during the current

         school year.  All entries will be shown by the owner.  Any exceptions will be determined by the

         committee.

    2.  OWNERSHIP AND TAG - IN
            a.  All market animals must be tagged on the following dates to be eligible to show at the Fannin       

                  County Fair.  All animals must be tagged on the specified date, No exceptions.  All market

                  animals must be owned by, in possession of and under the continuous care of the exhibitor on

                  and after tag in date.   A tag-in fee of $2.00 will be charged at validation and all market entries

                  and entry money will be due at tag in date (last Saturday in June).
            b.   COMMERCIAL HEIFERS  will be tagged on the last Saturday of June from 7:00 a.m.

                  to 9:00 a.m. at the Fannin County Multi Complex.  Exhibitors must attend meeting

                  following tag in at 9 a.m.
            c.  STEERS  will be validated in accordance with state validation guidelines.  Contact the County

                 Agent for time and place.  Parents must be in attendance or submit the waiver to allow steers

                 to be validated through the State Validation Program.  County steers must be validated on the

                 last Saturday in June.

            d.  GOATS, LAMBS, PIGS  will be tagged on the last Saturday of June from 7:00 am

                 to 11:00 am at the Fannin County Multi Complex.

            e.  FRYER RABBITS  Validation will be 6-weeks prior to show.  Please ask your Ag Science

                Teacher or County Extension Agent for date and time.
            f.  BROILERS Entry and entry fees must be received during tag � in on the last Saturday of

               June from 7:00 am to 11:00 am at the Fannin County Multi Complex.  
            g. BREEDING LIVESTOCK  must be owned by, in the possession of, and under the continuous

               care of Exhibitors by September 1.   Entries must be turned in to the Supervising Agriculture

               Science Teacher or County Agent no later than end of school on September 1.  
            h. SHOP PROJECTS  entries are due to Ag teacher or County Agent by   September 1.

    3.  All livestock rules and regulations will be interpreted and enforced by each Livestock Division

        Superintendent. An Appeal of the Division Superintendents decision may be made to the Livestock

        Superintendent. If the exhibitor is still not satisfied and wishes to appeal to the Fair Board, they may

        do so by putting up a $200.00 cash deposit for the appeal fee. The appeal must be written, plainly

        stating the reason for the appeal. The written appeal and cash deposit must be delivered to the

        Livestock Superintendent, within 1 hour from the conclusion of the show division to be appealed.

        Decision of the Fair Board is final. Appeals not upheld by the fair board will forfeit the appeal fee

        of $200.00. Judges decisions are not subject to appeal. 

    4. Violation of any rule of the Fannin County Fair can result in Exhibitors being disqualified for the current

        and for the following year.  Violators are subject to dismissal from the fairgrounds and the forfeiture

        of prize and sale monies.
    5. Judges decision will be final.  Any Exhibitor showing disrespect for the judge will promptly be

        disqualified.
    6. Only Exhibitors and authorized personnel will be allowed in the show and sale rings during the showing

        and selling of projects.
    7. The rules of the Animal Health Commission apply.  No health papers will be required.  However,

        animals demonstrating signs of sickness shall be removed from the grounds immediately by the

        Exhibitor upon decision of the overseeing superintendent.  After the livestock show is over, all placings

        will be final. In the case a market animal becomes ill between the show and the market sale, the

        Exhibitor will be allowed to bring a substitute animal through the sale ring.
    8. Aisles and alleys are to be kept neat, clean and open to the public at all times.   
    9. Exhibitors will be required to furnish feed and care for their animals during the show.  To avoid messes,

        Exhibitors are not to leave unattended water in swine pens.
    10.Tie space and pens will be assigned by the Livestock Superintendent.

    11. NIGHT CURFEW: lights will be turned off at 11:00 pm each night.  Only designated security

        personnel will be allowed to stay past that time.  This will be strictly enforced.

    12. Entry Fees

        a. Cattle (Beef and Dairy)                              $25.00

    13. All market tagging fees are due at the time of tag in and are non-refundable.

        a.    Completed entry cards and entry fees must be submitted at tag in (Excluding Market Fryers).  All

        other entry forms and fees must be in the hands of the Livestock Superintendent September 1

        (Including Market Fryers).  Late entries for non-Market projects will be accepted with double entry fee,

        up to seven days after deadline.  All entry forms must be signed by supervising Agriculture Science

        Teacher or County Extension Agent.
    14. A Market Sale will be held on Saturday evening.  Exhibitors will be allowed to
        a.    place only one (1) project into the Market Sale.  Commercial heifers are sold 
          in a separate sale and are not counted for this rule.  Sale order will be determined by class placing in

        descending order, starting with Grand and Reserve, followed by all first place animals then second,

        third, etc., until predetermined numbers have been met.  Order will be from heavy to light weight classes.

        Animals will be sold according to the schedule below, using the smaller of the numbers.  The Exhibitor

        has the option to decline entry in the sale.  Decision will be made at the time of selection of the class

        champions.  If the Exhibitor has more than one species to make the sale, they may choose to change

        their project for the sale.  In this case an alternate for that class will move up in the sale order.

    15. Arrival All Livestock Will Enter From the FM 87 Entrance.  All livestock  including Commercial

         Heifers may arrive from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, the Wednesday beginning the Fannin County Show for

         that year.  All animals must be in place by 8:00 pm on this Wednesday except: Dairy Cattle in milk,

         Market Broilers and Rabbit Fryers.  Dairy Cattle in milk are allowed to arrive on show day, compete

         and be released following the completion of the Dairy Show.
     16. Release   All animals must be removed from the fairgrounds no later than 11:00  p.m. Saturday Night.

         Exhibitors will forfeit all prizes and premium monies and will be disqualified for the next years

         show for failing to abide by the release time.
     17.Showmanship will consist of two age divisions.  Junior (3rd to 8th grades) and Senior (9th to 12th

        grades) in school.  Showmanship is open to all eligible exhibitors and will follow selection of each

        division champion selection.
     18. Awards will be

    19. No Exhibitor may advertise from stall areas. 
    20. Animals should be groomed by Exhibitors.  Exhibitors may receive assistance from Fannin County

     Ag Science Teachers, Fannin County Extension Agent, Fannin County 4-H Leaders, or immediate family

     members (mother, father, siblings).  NO PROFESSIONAL FITTERS WILL BE ALLOWED, PAID OR

     UNPAID.  ANY EXHIBITOR USING A PROFESSIONAL FITTER WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

    21. Exhibitors may use any normally accepted ethical fitting products (spray oil sheen, etc.).  No changing

    of the animal�s major color pattern.  No false hair or foreign leg building material.  Exhibitors are

    encouraged to do their major clipping before arrival, however touch-up and finish clipping will be allowed

    on the grounds.  Due to power supply limitations, generators are encouraged.  Division rules may

    supersede this rule.
    22. All unruly animals will be removed from the ring at the judges discretion.

    23. NO PETS, such as dogs, on the fair grounds except those used by special needs persons for

    their assistance. (Ex. Seeing Eye dog)
    24. All entries must be signed and submitted by the county agent or supervising Ag teacher.  Entries

    turned in by individuals will not be accepted.
    25. All Ag Teachers and County Extension Agents are responsible for their exhibitors conduct and dress

    throughout the Fair.
    26. Animals MAY NOT be decorated for the sale of champions.  They must go through the sale ring in

    the same state as they were shown.
    27. Pen assignments will be made by the division superintendents and that decision will be final.

       1.  All rules will be enforced.
      2.  Exhibitor must be an active 4-H or FFA member from Fannin County in the 3rd through 12th grade. 

        Exhibitors must be nine years of age or entering the third grade before September 1, 2012.
      3.  All decisions of the Judge and Beef Committee and Fair Livestock Committee concerning awards

        are final.  The Beef Committee reserves the right to amend these rules with the approval of the Fannin

        County Fair Livestock Committee.
      4.  Eligible Fannin County students may purchase their animals from producers in the following counties:

        Fannin, Lamar, Delta, Hunt, Collin, and Grayson in Texas and Bryan in Ok. Heifers must not have

        been shown in any previous shows.
      5. Commercial Heifers must be owned and under the continuous care of the Exhibitor by the

        June 25, 2012 deadline.  Classes are:
            2012 Spring-born Heifers 
                A. Spring -born 2012 heifers must have been calved between December 16, 2011 and

                    March 15, 2012. 
            2010  Fall-born Heifers 
                A. Fall-born 2011 Heifers must have been calved between September 1, 2011 and

                    December 15, 2011.
            2010 Spring-born Heifers
                A. Spring-born 2011 Heifers must be calved between December 16, 2010 and March 15, 2011.
    6.  All heifers must meet 300 pounds minimum weight requirement at tag-in date.
    7. Heifers must come from a Registered Sire.  Dam must be a commercial cow.
    8. Copy of the Registration papers on the sire must be presented at Tag-in time.  An entry fee of $25.00

        will also be paid at this time.  This entry fee is non-refundable.
    9. Tag in will be the last Saturday in June between 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M.   All heifers will
        be weighed, tagged and vaccinated at the Multi-Purpose Complex, 1 mile west of Bonham on
        Hwy 56.  A meeting with the Exhibitor's will immediately follow this tag-in addressing Record
        Book and basic care of heifers.  Exhibitor or qualified representative must be present for
        this meeting.  Prior arrangements must be made, in advance, with the superintendent, if there
        is a conflict with the Exhibitor�s attendance. This is the time for any questions the exhibitors 
        might have regarding the rules, show or sale.  We will review record books.
    10. A Second Weigh in will be First Saturday after Labor Day - at the Multi-Purpose Complex from

        7:00 to 10:00 am.  The exhibitors will bring heifers and record books.  Assistance will be given with

        showing your heifer, record book, and personal interview.
    11. Each exhibitor is limited to one heifer in each class, and not more than two heifers for the Commercial

        Heifer Show.
    12. The Producer or Ranch Manager is requested to be present at the Tag-in and weighing of the Heifers

         on the last Saturday of June.
    13.  Health of Heifers:  All Heifers must be -
             1. "Bangs" vaccinated.
                2. Vaccinated for Blackleg, H Somnus, IBR, PI3, BVD, BRSU and Vibrio-Lepto at time of 

            weigh-in. Vaccine will be available and a Veterinarian will be on hand at weigh-in.
            3. Treated for Internal and External Parasites.
                4. Dehorned or be naturally polled.
    14. Heifers will be stalled according to schools districts or 4-H and properly cared for until time 
        of delivery to buyer, Saturday night.  Exhibitors who fail to provide proper care for heifer (feed 
        and water a minimum of 2 times a day), in the opinion of the Beef Committee, will be charged 
        $25.00 per day.
    15. If a Heifer dies or is crippled between June weigh-in and July 31, the Beef Committee must 
        be notified within 24 hours.  The Heifer may be replaced with the approval of the committee.  
        The replacement heifer must be in the same class as the deceased or injured Heifer.  The 
        exhibitor must bear the cost of vaccination and show proof, by receipt, that the vaccination was done.
      16. Record Books must be kept on Official Record Forms provided by the Fannin County Beef 
       Committee.   Record books are due at the check in on Wednesday at the Fannin County Fair.
      17. Heifers must be halter broke.  No clipping, fitting.  Brushing and washing will be allowed.  
      These are commercial Heifers not show animals.
      18. Any heifer shown previously at the Fannin County Fair may not be shown in the current
      year�s  Commercial Heifer Show and Sale.
      19. Spring Heifers of 2009 must be palpated two weeks prior to the show by a veterinarian.  A

       certificate of palpation must be made available to the Superintendent at the show.
    20. Commercial Heifers will be weighed and checked in at the Fair Grounds on Wednesday, 
        October 5, 2012 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
    21. The Commercial Heifer Show will begin at 3:00 p.m. on October 11, 2012 with the following 
        class schedule:
          A.  2012 Spring-born Heifers
          B.  2011 Fall-born Heifers
          C.  2011 Spring-born Heifers
22. All Commercial Heifers that show must sell at the Commercial Heifer Sale which will be 
    held at 6:30 p.m. October 10, 2012, following the Show.
23. Awards will be as follows.
          A.  Champion Commercial Heifer                              Belt Buckle
          B.  Reserve Champion Commercial Heifer               Belt Buckle
          C.  1st place through 10th  place in each class           Ribbons
24. Special awards are:
          A.  Top Producer- this award will go to the breeder of the Champion Heifer
          B.  Herdsman Award- this award will be determined by the Beef Committee.
          Several factors will be used in determining the recipient of this award including some of the following:

          Attending scheduled meetings, Care of pen areas at the Fair, Helpfulness to other exhibitors and

          spectators, Showmanship, etc.
          C.  Top Record Book- (2 Divisions:  Junior - ages 9-13; and Senior - ages 14-18 as of 9/1/08)
          This award will be determined by the Beef Committee.  The Exhibitor will be judged 60% on Record

            Book and 40% on an informal, individual, personal Interview. Interviews will be conducted

            immediately following Weigh-in at the Fairgrounds.  Schedule will be announced.
    25. Sale order will be determined by the Superintendent.
    26. After the Heifers sale:
            A.   A photographer will be available to take a picture of the heifer with the exhibitor and the buyer. 

            The cost of the buyers photograph will be deducted from your check.  Additional photos will be

            exhibitors responsibility.     
            B.   Exhibitors will be responsible for delivering picture to buyer and writing thank you notes to their

            buyer and designated sponsors.  Thank you notes should be given to your Advisor in properly

            addressed and stamped envelopes.
            C.  Checks will be issued approximately 3 weeks after the sale.  Your check will not be released

            until your Thank You notes (stamped and properly addressed) for your Buyer and Sponsors are

            brought to the Extension Office.
            D.  One Dollar will be deducted from your check for the Beef Check-off.
    27. All Heifers will be released after 8:00 P.M. Saturday October 10,  2012.  It is the responsibility

     of the Exhibitor to see that their Heifer is removed Saturday after 8:00 P. M but before 11:00 P.M.

     from the Fairgrounds and delivered to the Buyer.  The Heifer remains the full responsibility of

     Exhibitor until the buyer takes possession on Saturday night after 8:00 P.M.

    3. Classes will be broken by weight at the Superintendent's Discretion

    4. Show is a "Blow and Go" Show.  This means cattle may be washed and blown dry but no glues or other

        adhesives will be used.
    5. Maximum weight for steers is 1100 pounds.  Steers weighing more than 1100 pounds will not be

        allowed to show.
    6. Showmanship - Exhibitors must be entered in the Market Steer Show.

                                                                                   Breeding Beef Cattle Division

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. Heifers will show in a standard TCCA breed format.  Breeds will be split into American, British and

        Continental Divisions.  Breed champions will compete for divisions, the three division winners will 

        compete for overall champion heifer.
    3. One (1) head makes a breed.
    4. Show is a "Blow and Go" Show.  This means cattle may be washed and blown dry but no glues or

        other adhesives will be used.
    5. Papers will be checked upon arrival.  It is the Exhibitor's responsibility to check in with the heifer

        superintendent before 8:00 pm on Wednesday night.  
    6.Two showmanship classes will be held in the heifer division. 

    7. Heifers will be divided by age in the following classes:

            a. April 1, 2011 and after
            b. January 1, 2011- March 31, 2011

            c. September 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010

            d. May 1, 2010 - August 31, 2010

            e. January 1, 2010- April 30, 2010
            f. September 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009

            g. May 1, 2009 - August 31, 2009

BREEDING

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. No boars will be shown.

    3. There will be two (2) gilt classes with all breeds showing together.

      CLASSES - by age as of show day
    1. 3 Months through 5 Months of age
    2. 6 Months through 9 Months of age

    4. Gilts shown in breeding show will not be eligible for the market show.

    5. Touch up Clipping of swine is allowed.

    6. Showmanship - Exhibitors must be entered in the Breeding or Market Swine Show


 MARKET

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.
    2. No boars will be shown.
    3. Superintendent will be responsible for weighing all swine. Swine must weigh no less than 220 pounds

    and no more than 270 pounds.  There will be a 10 lb tolerance below 220 and above 270 pounds.
    4. All breeds will be shown together in classes broken by the Superintendent according to weight.
    5. Any gilt not making weight requirements will be eligible to transfer into the Breeding Swine classes.
    6. Touch up clipping of swine is allowed.
    7. Showmanship - Exhibitors must be entered in the Breeding or Market Swine Show.

 BREEDING

    1.  All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. All Sheep must be shorn to breed standards.

    3. Age of animal on show date will determine class.

            Classes will be:

                A.   Ewe lambs (up to 12 months)
                B.   One (1) Year
                C.   Two (2) Year
                D.   Three (3) Years and older
    4. Showmanship - Exhibitors must be entered in the Breeding or Market Sheep Show.
 MARKET

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. All sheep must be slick shorn leaving uniform length of wool over the entire body.

    3. No intact males (ram lambs) will be shown.

    4. Classes will be broken according to weight by the superintendent with all breeds being shown together.

    5. Sheep must have all baby teeth when weighed in.

    6. Showmanship - Exhibitors must be entered in the Breeding or Market Sheep Show.

                                                                                     Dairy Goat Division

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. Breeds to be shown are: Alpine, LaMancha, Nubian, Oberhasli, Saanen, Toggenburg, and all Mixed

    Breed including Pygmy Goats are not required to be registered.
    3. All Animals must be disbudded or dehorned.
    4. Exhibitors must wear all white clothing (no T-Shirts, no shorts, no sandals).
    5. Animals are not required to be body clipped.  Those who choose to body clip must do so prior to arrival.

     No clipping on fairgrounds.

    6. Age of animal on show date will determine class.

            Classes will be divided into two (2) divisions.

                a. Junior Does - The Junior Division consists of does less than 24 months of age that have never

                freshened (given birth).

                                                                             Breeding Meat Goat Division

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. Breeds to be shown are: Boer, Kiko, Spanish, Pygmy, and Crossbred.  Goats are not required to

    be registered.
    3. Animals with natural horns are allowed.
    4. Animals are not required to be body clipped.  Those who choose to body clip must do so prior to arrival. 

    No clipping on fairgrounds.
    5. Age of animal on show date will determine class.
                Classes will be divided into two (2) divisions.

                    a. Junior Does -The Junior Division consists of does less than 24 months of age that have

                    never freshened (given birth).
                    b. Senior Does - The Senior Division consists of does 24 months of age or over that have

                    freshened (given birth).  This includes dry milkers.  Any doe 24 months of age or older that have

    All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    1. Market kids of either sex are eligible.  No intact males.

    2. Animals must have minimum weight of 30 pounds; there is no top weight limit.

    3. Exhibitors are allowed the use of a halter or collar in the show ring.

    4. Market Goats must be slick shorn to 3/8 inch or less prior to arrival.

    5. Classes will be broken by the superintendent according to weight.

    6. Goats are not required to be dehorned.

     7. Goats must have all baby teeth when weighed in.

    

                                                        Market Rabbit (Fryer) Division

    1. All General Rules and Regulations apply.

    2. Animals may arrive on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, but MUST be in

    place by Thursday, October 6, 2011 at 8:00 am.  Animals not checked in and placed in pens by

    8:00 am will not be allowed to show.
    3. Exhibitor is responsible for all feeding and watering during the show. Due to the heat/sun WATER will

     need to be in place AT ALL TIMES.

    4. Fryer/Meat Pens will consist of three (3) rabbits of the same breed and variety.  
    5. No rabbit in the pen can weigh more than 5 pounds or less than 3 pounds and the combined weight of

     all three (3) rabbits must be between 9 and 15 pounds.  The approx. age of the fryers should be

    between 9-14 weeks.
    6. Exhibitors must have owned and had possession of the rabbits since validation.
    7. Validation will be done by the superintendent at the exhibitor�s convenience during the month 

     September.  Superintendent will contact each exhibitor with the time(s) and date(s).
    8. All Fryers must have county fair validation tattoo in the RIGHT ear to be eligible for the show.
    9. Exhibitors will be allowed to validate more than three (3) rabbits for each pen.
    10. Exhibitors will be allowed to enter more than one pen.
    11. Fryer Pens showing signs of sickness will not be allowed.
    12. Entry fee will be $20.00 per Fryer Pen entry.
    13. There will be NO $5.00 office charge for the Fryer show per exhibitor.
    14. Judging will be done according the Standard of Perfection for each breed per ARBA rules.

    need to be in place AT ALL TIMES.
    3. Breeding Rabbits showing signs of sickness will not be allowed.
    4. There is NO LIMIT to the number of entries a single exhibitor may enter.
    5. SUBSTITUTIONS of RABBITS in classes is allowed.  Substitution must be made to the

    superintendent prior to placing animals into pens. 
    6. Exhibitor MUST advise on entry form the correct Age, Breed and Variety of the Rabbit:

    7. Sex of Rabbit will be broken into Bucks (male) and Does (female).
    8. Age of the Rabbit will be broken into the following age groups:
                                          i.    Jr is 6 months of age and younger (both large and small breeds)
                                        ii.    Inter is 6 - 8 months of age (large breed only)
                                       iii.    Sr is 6 months of age and over for small breeds and 8 months of age and over for

                                large breeds.
    9. Judging will be done according the Standard of Perfection for each breed per ARBA rules.  

    (No pet class however a pedigree is not necessary).
    10. Each Breeding Rabbit must have a permanent tattoo in the LEFT ear per ARBA rules.
      (If the exhibitor's rabbit DOES NOT have a tattoo, contact superintendent for assistance)

    4. Broilers will be provided from an independent source.  Only these birds provided by the FAIR will be

    eligible for this show.
    5. Each Exhibitor will receive 25 one - three day old chicks to feed as their projects (as available)
    6. Entry will be determined by the availability of chicks.
    7. For every 25 chicks bought, you may enter one (1) pen.
    8. Exhibitors will be allowed to enter only one (1) pen.  Each broiler pen consists of 3 birds of either sex.
    9. Minimum weight for each bird will be 3 pounds.
    10. No substitutions (or switching) of birds is allowed once they are placed into the pens.  
    11. Exhibitor must bring only the number of birds allowed (3 total).
    12. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own holders for the show (3 total).
    13. Only exhibitors and holders will be allowed in show area during judging.
    14. Entries need to be filled out on the Broiler Show Entry Form and turned in WITH ENTRY FEE on

    the last Saturday in June at the market animal tag-in.

    2. Exhibitor is responsible for all feeding and watering during the show. Due to the heat/sun  WATER

    will need to be in place AT ALL TIMES, containers that will tie to the cage so they do not spill are best.
    3. BREEDING FOWL must show a copy of the �Proof of Pullorum-Typhoid Test - within 90 days

    of date of show.  The original copy of the test results may be kept by exhibitor to use at future shows

    (as they are valid for a year.  Contact Jack Woods for testing at (903) 327-6947 for appointment to

    test at your location.
    4. SUBSTITUTIONS of FOWL in classes is allowed.  Substitution must be made to the superintendent

    prior to placing animals into pens.

    5. Breeding Fowl showing signs of sickness will not be allowed.

    6. There is NO LIMIT to the number of entries a single exhibitor may enter.

    9. Production Pens will consist of three (3) Females of the same breed and variety (Large Fowl only),

    matching in size, color and laying characteristics, and entry fee will be $10.00 per pen.
    10. Trio Pens will consist of one (1) Male and two (2) Females of the same breed and variety and the

    entry fee will be $10.00 per pen.
            a. Trio Pens may be shown as a Young Trio (under 1 year of age)
            b. Trio Pens may be shown as an Old Trio (over 1 year of age)
    11. Judging will be done according the Standard of Perfection for each breed.

    2. Projects cannot be entered in the Fannin County Fair more than once (subsequent years).

    3. Projects must be built by 4-H or FFA students individually or as a group.

     6. Winners in each division have the option to sell their project through the Saturday
     night sale.  If they choose not to sell then the second place has the option to sell.

                                                                     Selection Criteria
 

    1. There will be a Junior and Senior Top Hand Award.  Junior division is 3rd grade thru 8th grade.  Senior    

    division will be the 9th grade thru 12th grade.  Each division will be based on grade as of the time of

    the show.
    2. Superintendents for each division will nominate one (1) Junior and one (1) Senior Exhibitor from their

    division.
    3. Livestock Committee, County Extension Agent, Ag Science Teachers, and Superintendents will vote

    on Top Hand Awards Saturday.
    4. Exhibitors will be judged on the care of their animal, their area, and then on how active they are in

    assisting in other activities.

    6. An Exhibitor may only win this award once in each of the two (2) divisions.
